The 3rd Pattern Fairbairn Sykes is an iconic combat knife designed for close-quarters combat. It features a double-edged blade with a tapered point for piercing. Production of the third pattern knife started during WW2 in 1942. The FS combat knife became famous for its use by British commandos and special forces regiments including the SAS and SBS.
This knife has an 18cm blade with an overall length of 30.5cm (33cm in scabbard). It would make an excellent addition to any collection.
~Condition~
This knife is in great condition with minor discolouration to the blade and slight loss of finish on the grip. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
