An excellent example of a genuine British 1821 pattern light cavalry troopers sword and steel scabbard. The 1821 Pattern was designed by the prominent London sword cutler John Prosser, Sword Cutler in ordinary to King George IV.

*Condition*

Good condition. The blade is preserved very nicely. The hand guard and pommel are pitted. The grip is in good condition considering its age with a minor tear on the rope. The steel scabbard (while damage free) is heavily pitted. Please refer the images as a part of our condition report.
