~ Boxed Moorcroft Pansy Pattern Vase c1994 ~
A Moorcroft pottery `Pansy` pattern vase, circa 1994, designed by Rachel Bishop, impressed marks and painted initials to vase.
The vase is of tall ovoid form with tube line decoration of pansy flowers against a deep red ground. The interior is of the classic deep blue glaze.
The base has impressed marks of `Moorcroft` and `Made in England` with initials `WM` and the symbol of an eye.
The vase comes in its original box with the `No. 5` at the bottom.
~ Dimensions ~
The vase has a diameter of 13cm (5 inches) and a height of 19 cm (7 ½ inches).
The box measures 22cm (8 ¾ inches) by 15cm (6 inches) by 15cm (6 inches).
Together they weigh 900g.
~ Condition ~
The vase is in a beautiful condition with no wear, damage or repairs.
The box is in very good order.
