~ Birmingham Silver Card Case 1904 ~

A nice card case of sterling silver dated 1904.

The case is of open top style with a semicircular cut away to the top.

It has raised floral curlicue decoration to the front with a small cartouche, un-engraved.

It is plain to the reverse but for the hallmark.

The hallmark is for Birmingham silver, 1904 with a makers stamp of 'S.B&S Ld' for S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd.

We include a small velveteen pouch for storage.

The case has been a little compressed and has a few dings.
