The vesta case with its sprung lid, used to store non-safety matches, has engraved scroll work to both sides.

It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1904 and has a makers mark of J.G for Joseph Gloster.

~ Condition ~

There are several pin prick dings to the piece. The side hook is partially missing. It opens and closes well.

~ Dimensions ~

The vesta case is 4.2 cm (1.75 inches) tall and 3.2 cm (1.2 inches) wide.
