18th Century Gentlemans sporting gun

A very nice 18th Century gun with machined milled grips, the breech end of the barrel is octagonal changing to round going forward, there is no makers mark and a plain lock plate. It is complete with its ramrod.

*Condition*

In excellent condition for its age, with a strong mechanism which holds in first and second position, there is corrosion and pitting around the lock and nipple but this is commensurate with the age and life of the gun.
