~American Civil War era Starr Model M1858 Army Revolver and Holster~
The Starr Model 1858 Revolver was commissioned by the United States Government to arm its forces during the American Civil War in both single and double action variants. With over 47,000 units made it was the most numerous revolver of the war. This particular revolver is numbered 5922. The holster is a later model and is not original to the gun.
*Condition*
The revolver is in good condition with some marks and scratches, typically found with a military firearm of this age. The wooden handgrip has some material missing and use related wear. Mechanically, the revolver is in very good condition and functions smoothly. The revolver can be disassembled with ease. Please see the photos as they form part of our condition report.
