~ Steamship P&0 c1900 Lead Boats Badge OSNC ~
This is an original piece. This boat badge is from a Victorian P&0 steamship. The badge is made of lead and has a circular shape to it. The plaque has a rope pattern around the edge of the plaque and a cross through the centre of the plaque. A crown sits at the centre of the plaque. In each of the spare four corners are the letters ‘O’, ‘S’, ‘N’ and ‘C’. ‘OSNC’ stands for ‘Orient Steam Navigation Company.
