A delightful ring of 9ct gold set with a single oval-cut sapphire and 12 small round-cut cubic zirconias.
The stones are claw set in a flower head design to the front of the ring with the cz’s surrounding the sapphire.
The stones are set on a raised gallery and the sapphire sits higher in the setting than the cz’s.
The ring has a slim plain band with tapered shoulders.
The ring is hallmarked inside the band for 9ct gold, Edinburgh, 1983. It has a makers mark of ’C.L&S’ and is marked for cubic zirconias.

The sapphire measures 0.30 carats (3mm x 5mm).
The cz’s measure 0.02 carats (1.5mm diameter) each.
The ring is a UK size P+ which is a US size 7 ¾ (18mm inner diameter).
