The cameo features the delicate detailing of the traditional subject of a classical ladies bust in profile with the addition of trailing grape vines.
The cameo is mounted in a gold frame with scalloped edge and ball border.
The brooch has a pin clasp (not gold) to the reverse and is fitted with a small safety chain.
The brooch is marked to the reverse for 9ct gold.
