The watch has bar numerals, a date window and seconds hand.

The dial is named Omega Chronometer Officially Certified Constellation * with the gold medallion to the reverse.

The flagship watch of the Omega brand in the 1950's and 60's and one of the fabled mid 500 movements, the 561 caliber as with all mid 500s, is based on the excellent 551 but has the added date function. The date being set on this model by winding the hands either forwards or back to the 12 o'clock position.

~ Condition ~

The watch is in very tidy condition and in good working order. The strap is quite worn.

The bezel is 3.4 cm across. The strap is 22 cm (8.75 inches) from tip to tip.
