A fantastic, rare illuminated ‘Capri Scooters’ advertising box sign from the 1960’s.
The sign consists of two painted glass plates overlaid on top of each other. One with an image of a girl on a scooter, the other with the Capri Scooter banner to the lower edge.
The glass plates are housed in a metal box with electric light, wooden frame and suspension chain to reverse.

The sign measures 15cm (38 inches) by 30cm (12 inches) with a depth of 15cm (6 inches).
It weighs 3 Kg
~ Condition ~
The glass plates are in very good condition with no damage.
The casing has some rust and age related wear.
It has not been electrically tested. The electrics look to be original so we would advise to have it rewired by a professional before use.
