~ 1943 Japanese Factory Made Shin Gunto Katana ~
The katana is complete with its field scabbard and sword knot. The blade is factory made and the tang is dated to March, 1943. A good example.
~ Condition ~
The entire piece is in good order, the blade has several small nicks to its edge.
~ Dimensions ~
The katana has a total length of 95 cm (37.5 inches) and the blade length is 69 cm (27 inches).
