For sale is a World War II Gott Mit Uns (God with us) belt and buckle that was used throughout the Wehrmacht. Appropriated from previous phrases commonly used throughout the Prussian and German Empire, Gott Mit Uns was primarily used as a rallying cry in times of battle. This particular belt and buckle is dated to 1940.

The belt and buckle are in fantastic condition. The leather belt shows no signs of degradation. The metal buckle is equally well preserved and contains no rust. Please refer to images as a part of our condition report.
