~ 1913 Dated George V Royal Army Medical Corps Lady’s Silver Compact ~

A very nice example of a RAMC lady’s compact. The piece is marked for Turner & Simpson, Birmingham, Sterling Silver 1913.
The silver enamel badge on the front is a George V pattern suggesting that his piece was owned either by the wife of a medical Corps officer of by an enlisted female NCO or officer of the corps.

The piece needs a bit of cleaning with some silver polish to make it look sparkly again.

~ Condition ~

As seen in the pictures it has the age related dents but its overall condition is good.

~ Dimensions ~

The piece has a diameter of 7 cm.
