~ 18Ct Yellow Gold Turquoise & Ruby Ring UK Size K US 5 ~
A gorgeous ring of 18ct gold set with six turquoise stones and one round-cut ruby.
The ring has a beautifully decorative setting with the ruby bezel mounted to the centre of the ring, surrounded by four of the turquoises arranged in a ‘diamond’ pattern with the final two turquoises set at the shoulders.
The ring has a slender plain gold band.
The ring is not hallmarked but we have acid tested the gold and it was found positive for 18ct.
~ Dimensions ~
The turquoises are all ever so slightly different in shape and size but measure approximately 0.10 carats (4mm diameter) each.
The ruby measures 0.04 carats (2mm diameter).
The ring is a UK size K which is a US size 5 (15.75mm inner diameter).
It weighs 2.2g.
~ Condition ~
Two of the turquoises are a slightly darker shade to the others and the ruby has just the slightest wear, but the ring displays beautifully none the less.
There is a small mark on the reverse side of the band which makes me believe that the ring has been re-sized at some point.
The ring overall is in a lovely condition and bears no damages.
