~ 1891 Dated Wedgwood Ferrara Pattern Dish ~

The dish has a scene of boats in port to the centre in blue on a cream ground.

There is a blue floral band around the rim.

The floral band is repeated on to the outside of the bowl beneath the rim.

The base is stamped ‘Ferrara, Etruria England’ in blue.

There are impressed marks reading ‘Wedgwood, Made in England, 40A’ and also the impressed date stamp ‘T’ for 1891.

~ Dimensions ~

The bowl measures 18cm (7 inches) x 22cm (8 ¾ inches) with a depth of 4.5cm (1 ¾ inches).

It weighs 970g

The bowl is in great condition with no chips, cracks or damage.
