There is a maker's name on the ricasso but it is too worn to be read.

Please refer to the images. There is a small nick to the edge of the blade. The grip is worn with loss. The scabbard appears to have been repainted.

The sword is 97 cm (38 inches) in total length with an 83 cm (32,5 inches) blade.
