WW2 MkII British Brodie Helmet

~ WW2 MkII British Brodie Helmet ~

A Second World War Mk II Brodie helmet in black with liner.

It was probably used in civilian services, Air Raid Warden or Civil Defence.

There is a stamp but this is very difficult to read.

~ Dimensions ~

The helmet measures 31cm (12 inches) by 28.5cm (11 ¼ inches).

It weighs 950g.

~ Condition ~

The liner is loose and is missing the rubber ring (or doughnut) which sits between the liner and the helmet. The liner is otherwise in good order.

It is also missing its chin strap.

The helmet has general light surface wear but is intact.
