WW2 Mk5 Sten Gun With Inert Rounds Sympathetically Deactivated
Introduced in 1944, the Mk V was a better-quality, more elaborate version of the Mk II. Changes included a wooden pistol grip, a wooden stock, and a bayonet mount. There was a No. 4 Lee–Enfield rear sight and the weapon was of better quality manufacture and finish than the Mk II and Mk III.
This particular Sten gun is Deactivated to the current EU/UK standard and has a removable stock, moving trigger, It will cock and lock in the safe position, and the magazine is removable, as well as being able to be moved to the horizontal or vertical firing positions. It will not dry fire.
*Condition*
This Sten functions as described and shows the patina of a used sub machine gun with expected scratches and marks. Please see pictures as these are part of this report.
