Late WW2 Lee Enfield SMLE Dated 1944 then Recommissioned in 1948.

This late WW2 Lee Enfield No.1  Mk.III * (deactivated) is one of the iconic rifles used by the British during the Second World War.  Manufactured and dated 1944, this rifle is numbered 83518. The rifle has many proof marks and the RFI 1948 mark when it was recommissioned.

*Condition*

The rifle is in good condition with little rust or other damages to the body of the rifle.  The magazine can be removed. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
