WW2 German SS Officer Visor Cap

This is a very well preserved WW2 SS Officer's black visor cap with both badges intact, these caps were worn by SS officers in uniform.

This is the green uniform worn by the SS that was implemented during the war where a variant of feldgrau was decided upon to be used rather than the black.

The cap retains its sweatband and plastic label marking it to the maker Frei Sonderklasse of Berlin.

~ Dimensions ~

The diameter of the cap is 7 inches (17.5 cm).

~ Condition ~

The cap is in excellent condition for its age with minor wear and some signs of sweat and bending.. It is free from moth damage.
