*WW2, German, 3.7cm Shell and Shell Case. Dated 1944, Inert*

The shell is marked on the base of the open head but markings are unclear possibly "BEI 76"; the first thread marked 8A with a faint Waffenamt stamp WaA352; the driving band has a very clear Waffenamt stamp WaA352, 33. The round measures: 10cm tall, 3.4cm diameter. The Waffenamt records list the stamps as: 3.7 cm grenade part, made by Richard Stock & Co. at Güntersberge (SA), 1938.

The 3.7cm Flak 18 shell casing, is marked indistinctly on the base with numbers "44" for the year and a Waffenamt stamp below (very faint), marked faintly "amp 111, 3.7cm Flak 18". The steel shell case was likely made by "amp" = Dortmund Hoerder Huettenverein, Dortmund. Fuse markings are unclear.  26.3 tall. 3.7 diameter at the top and 4.5cm diameter at base.

*Condition*
This inert round is in excellent condition for its age and service. The round has fairly clearly markings on the threads. The shell case is rusted , particularly on the base, but marks are still faintly discernable. The casing is in good shape with no holes. Please see photographs as part of the condition report.
