~ WW1 Trench Art Shell Case Pair c1917/18 ~

A nice pair of trench art vases formed from two First World War brass shell cases.

The cases/vases both have matching relief floral decoration on a stippled ground.

One case is dated 1917, the other 1918.

~ Dimensions ~

There is a slight difference in height with one standing at 20cm (8 inches) the other at 22cm (8 ½ inches).

Together they weigh 1.43 Kg

~ Condition ~

One has a slight split to the rim but overall the pieces are in good condition.
