The British 1913 Remington bayonet was a variation of the Pattern 1913 bayonet designed for use with the US-made P14 rifle during World War I. It had a blade length of 17 inches and was known for its durability and effectiveness in combat. It was used by both British and American troops during the war. This particular dagger was made under contract by Remington for the United States and date ‘5, 17’.
*Condition*
The bayonet and scabbard are in used condition. There is light pitting throughout. Despite this the blade is nicely preserved with no damage. The wooden grip features some marks from machinery. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
