This is a wooden sign that reads “Soldatenstube” which translates to “Soldier’s Room” or barracks. This is a genuine piece from World War 1 and is standing strong today.

The sign is in great condition considering its age and usage. There are some small holes in the wood from insect damage and the wood has become weaker. However, it is still strong enough to hold itself and will last many more years.
