~ WW1 German Pickelhaube Cover 11th Regiment ~

The brown canvas cover was used to provide rudimentary camouflage to the spike helmet, the pickelhaube. This one bears R 11 in green for the regimental markings of the 11th regiment.

~ Condition ~

The piece is in good order with some light soiling. The numbers are worn and faded.

~ Dimensions ~

The cover measures 28 cm (11 inches) wide and 27 cm (10.5 inches) tall when laid flat.
