WW1 1916 German Gas Hood

~ WW1 1916 German Gas Hood ~

The gas hood has a light brown hood and ties to the rear. The  filter and eye pieces are of steel, the later with celluloid filters.

~ Condition ~

The hood is stained and grubby but it is complete. The filter housing is cracked with some loss and perforations. The eyepieces have some loss to the metal. The celluloid eye filters are crinkled.

~ Dimensions ~

The hood is approximately 30 inches (13 cm) in total length. The filter is 9.5 cm (3.5 inches) in diameter.
