This is a British military-issue flare gun used during World War I and II. Webley and Scott Ltd. was a British firearms manufacturer that produced various types of weapons for the British military. The Mark III version of the Webley and Scott flare pistol was introduced in 1915 and was an improvement over the earlier Mark II version. It has a longer barrel, redesigned breech block, and a more streamlined grip.

This signal gun features numerous stamps including proof marks, W.S.W and the date 1917.

This flare gun is in great condition with some minor surface dents and scratches. It has a great overall finish for its age and use.
