A charming earthenware figurine of a cat by the Norfolk based potter Jenny Winstanley.

Winstanley was producing these hand-made cats and kittens (and sometimes hares) from the 1950’s through to 2004.

This figurine is hand-painted in a mottled greys, brown and white and features beautiful glass eyes.

It is signed to the base.

The figurine has a height of 22cm (8 ¾ inches) and a length of 17cm (6 ¾ inches).

 It weighs 695g
