Wilkinson WW1 British 1907 Pattern Sword Bayonet

This is a 1907 pattern bayonet, designed for the famous SMLE (Short Magazine Lee-Enfield) and known as the sword bayonet due to its length. They were used extensively throughout WW1 and WW2. This particular bayonet was produced in 1915 and features service and inspection marks on the ricasso. It is complete with scabbard and frog. The metal parts of the scabbard have been painted.

*Condition*

The bayonet is in excellent condition with very light pitting and no damage. All parts remain strong and undamaged and the blade is nicely polished. Please see pictures for more detail.
