Sword Stick with Victorian coin to the crown

A very nice Victorian sword stick most made in India during Victorias reign as the Empress of India. There is a nice carved section in the handle that we believe is Ivory (it could be bone?) A Victorian Copper coin has been shaped and fitted to the crown. The shaft has also been carved and it has a Brass ferrule to the tip. The blade has also been stamped with “India” and there is punched decoration to one side of the blade. A nice colonial memento of the era.

In good condition with minor marks and knocks which add to the patina of this item. Please see the pictures as they form part of our condition report.
