A nice Victorian gold plated wax seal stamp.
The stamp is of plain milky quartz set into ornate gold plated metal with a decorative ‘handle’ with suspension loop to the top so it can be hung as a fob/pendant from a watch chain or necklace.
The piece is not marked.
