A late Victorian brass inkwell in the form of a medieval knights helmet.
The inkwell is entirely of brass with a nicely polished finish.
The visor lifts to reveal the well.
The helmet is mounted on a carved circular wood base with a green baize underside.

The inkwell has a base diameter of 15cm (6 inches) and a height of 16.5cm (6 ½ inches).
It weighs 1.33 Kg.
~ Condition ~
The inkwell is in a very nice condition with only light wear but no damages.
