~ Victorian 1827 Pattern Rifles Officers' Sword By E. Woods Of London ~

The sword has a black shagreen wire-bound grip and a steel dress scabbard.

The guard bears the Rifles' horn and Queen Victoria's crown.

The ricasso reads E. Wood, Maker, Waterloo Street, London.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. The blade is free from nicks but does have some minor pitting.

The grip has some loss.

The scabbard is in good order.

~ Dimensions ~

The sword is 96cm (37.25 inches) in length.

The blade is 82cm (32.25 inches) in length.
