~ Very Rare Moorcroft Capped Blue Flower Head Wooden Walking Stick ~
A gentleman’s sturdy walking stick capped with a delicate yet beautiful piece of Moorcroft with the shaft made from a hard wood.
The Moorcroft cap depicts a blue flower.
I've dealt with plenty of Moorcroft in the past but this is the first stick I have even seen so I'm hazarding a guess it was a private presentation piece.
We have been informed this is one of two made for Walter Moorcroft as private presentation pieces.
~ Dimensions ~
The cane is 36 inches (91 cm) long.
The piece is 235 grams.
~ Condition ~
The cane is very clean and tidy with only a few minor nicks to it. The Moorcroft is also in excellent condition only with some crazing.
