For sale is an Afrika Korps Kalender 1942. Interestingly, this has been written in by a British soldier during the African Campaign. This pocket calendar features information on wild animals, star alignments, maps and language translations that would have been useful to Afrika Korps personnel. In addition to this, the pocket calendar must have been captured by a British soldier as a brief diary has been scribed in to it.
*Condition*
Considering its previous use and life the calendar is in decent condition. The binding holds the pages together well and each page is easily readable. As you may expect, the front and back cover pages have been weathered heavily but the text is still visible. Please refer to the images as a part of our image report.
