For sale is a unique Third Reich Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK) or German Red Cross parade bayonet.  The DRK, (German Red Cross), was a voluntary civil assistance organization that was originally instituted in 1864 and was officially acknowledged by the Geneva Convention on July 27TH 1929. On December 9th 1937 the DRK gained the status of a legally recognized organization by the NSDAP.

*Condition*

The knife and scabbard are in very good condition. The blade has some light pitting on it. Some of the red on the cross of the DRK emblem has been chipped off. Please refer to the images as a part of our image report.
