The watch chain has a T bar at one end, a clasp for holding the watch and two silver medallions.

The T bar bears the 1908 Birmingham sterling silver date letter.

The medallions are a Zar 1897 silver coin and a sterling silver, Birmingham, 1912 sports medal.
