~ Southeast Asian Relief Painting of A Dragon Boat ~
A relief painting of Southeast Asian origin depicting a Dragon boat at sea with a warrior crew.

The process of creating this would involve pressing damp paper over a mould of sorts creating raised areas of decoration on the paper.
This particular piece is made of five long thin strips of paper joined to make one larger sheet of paper. The raised areas have then been highlighted with a yellow/green/brown paint.
The piece is mounted in a deep, glazed frame.
