~ Small Silver Salver c1935 ~

A nice small square/octagonal silver salver with inscription reading ‘E.L. Guttridge, Presented By His Employees, May 18th 1935’.

The salver has a scalloped style edge and sits on four feet.

It is hallmarked to the underside for Silver, London, 1934 with a makers mark of ‘RP’.

~ Dimensions ~

The salver measures 19cm (7 ½ inches) by 19cm (7 ½ inches) with a height of 2cm ¾ of an inch.

It weighs 310g.

~ Condition ~

The salver has a few dark marks(oxidation), most of which should come off with a thorough polish.

There is a little scratching to the front and again to the underside but due to the reflective nature of silver, these marks are not very obvious.

The piece is otherwise in a nice condition with no damage.
