~ Silver mounted London 1932 Riding Whip by Swain & Adeney Ltd ~
The bone grip has a line of “X” carved on both the top & lower ends. The reverse has a “Swain & Adeney ltd” rounded plate attached.
The cane is made from wood with leather coverings. Inbetween the woven leather and the smooth leather and the grip are two silver mounths, both hallmarked for London 1932.
~ Dimensions ~
The cane has a length of 19 inches (48.2 cm), the whip measuring 51 inches (129.6 cm) long.
It weighs 146 g.
~ Condition ~
No obvious damage, the whip has some leather areas that have become dried but no tearing or major damage.
