~ Silver Ink Well Birmingham 1934 ~
A lovely quality silver inkwell dating to 1934.
The inkwell is of circular form. It has a wide weighted base which tapers upwards. The well has a hinged lid to the top.
The inkwell is hallmarked for silver, Birmingham, 1934 and has a makers mark of ‘B&Co’.
~ Dimensions ~
The inkwell has a diameter of 15cm (6 inches) and a height of 9.5cm (3 ¾ inches).
It weighs 670g.
~ Condition ~
The inkwell is in a very nice condition with just a tiny ding to the lid and similar to the body but no other damage.
The lid doesn’t quite close fully and there is no glass liner.
