The Schmidt Rubin sawback bayonet was a bayonet designed for use with the Schmidt Rubin rifles, specifically the Models 1889, 1896/11, and 1911. It was manufactured by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, the Swiss state-owned arms manufacturer. The blade has a distinct sawtooth spine and measures at approximately 19 inches. This is a highly sought after bayonet and would make an excellent addition to any collection.

~Condition~

This blade is in good condition with some damage to the flat edge. Generally the bayonet is strong and undamaged with a moderate patina. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
