Original WW2 issue Russian accessory for the Thompson submachine guns supplied by the U.S. as part of the Lend-Lease program. The beautiful Thompson parts kits that have been on the market for the last several years all came from a cache of Lend-Lease Thompsons found in the Ukraine. The Russians manufactured screwdrivers for these Thompsons, but, like the guns, never issued them. They are very much like the combination tool issued with Mosin rifles and carbines, but do not have the firing pin gages or the wrench cut for Russian cleaning brushes.
