A genuine leather holster for the Tokarev TT-33 pistol, constructed in smooth brown leather with a stitched rounded muzzle cap and full front flap secured by a brass stud. The holster retains its integral magazine pouch and the correct pair of horizontal cleaning-rod loops along the side edge, one of which is partially broken as photographed. The reverse has two vertical belt loops for waist carry, consistent with Tokarev holsters supplied across Russian and Soviet-bloc forces. The interior flap bears a faint rectangular ink stamp, typical of arsenal or depot-applied markings. Approximate measurements: 21 cm × 16.3 cm.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Holsters of this pattern were produced for use with the Tokarev TT-33 pistol, which served widely with Russian and Soviet-aligned military and police units for many decades. Variations in leather tone, stitching and small construction details reflected the different factories supplying these holsters throughout the Soviet sphere, but the core features — the rounded muzzle cap, deep single magazine pouch, twin rear belt loops and paired cleaning-rod loops — remained characteristic of Tokarev equipment throughout its long service life.
*CONDITION* Leather clean and supple with minor handling marks. Stitching sound throughout. One cleaning-rod loop partially broken; the remaining loop, belt loops and magazine pouch are intact.
