This Royal Doulton stoneware presentation jug has a cobalt blue glaze and a sterling silver rim.

It features two raised coats of arms in green and a shield shaped cartouche (also in green) reading ‘B.S.A. Shooting Cup’.

The rim is hallmarked for Sterling silver, Birmingham, 1913 with the makers mark of ‘JBC&S’.

The underside of the jug has the standard Royal Doulton markings, the initials ‘MB’ and the numbers ‘2282’ and ‘672’.

The jug has a base diameter of 11.5cm (4 ½ inches) and a height of 20.5cm (8 inches).

It weighs 845g
