~ Rare Mid 19th Century Percussion Boxlock Under-Hammer Long Barrelled Pistol ~

The exceptionally long-barreled pistol is in .50 calibre.

The proof marks are obscure.

It is fitted with a rounded mahogany sack butt and a screwed-on back plate to take a stock extension (not present).

The lock works well with a decent spring.

~ Dimensions ~

The piece is 32cm (16.25 inches) in length with a 30cm (11.75 inches) barrel.
