The rifle has a 41 inch Whitworth rifled barrel, good proofs to barrel breech.
No makers name & no facilty for ramrod. Long range Vernier diopter sights to tang.
This has got fairly good Whitworth hexagonal rifling with no pitting, and good strong working action (good nipple).
Dark walnut stock, sling swivels, 3 barrel bands with also 2 retaining flat keys.
Blued steel fruntiure with browned tapered heavy barrel.
