~ Queen Victoria's Armchair from Osborne House ~

This is a rare and unique piece of furniture that was owned by Queen Victoria. This splendid and very comfortable armchair was a gift from her niece Mary in the late 1880's as a Christmas present.

Queen Victoria spent many days on this armchair as it was situated in her day room.

Sally antiques acquired this piece directly from the Osborne Museum many years ago along with other pieces which are long gone.

We've kept this armchair out of sale for many years as we've enjoyed having it in our collection along with other pieces. Now it is time for it to go and make room to other antiques.

~ Condition ~

Please observe the pictures for a report condition.

As can be seen there is some amount of wear on it, as expected for such an old piece, but its overall condition is fine.

The padding is good and with a bit of work, it can be brought back to its former glory.

This Item will have to be collected in person or postage may be arranged after a prior discussion.
